Campus Christian Fellowship is a Christian campus ministry at Truman State University in Kirksville, Missouri. CCF is a nondenominational organization and comprises people from many different backgrounds.
What we strive for is to help college students love God with all their heart, soul, mind and strength, and to love their neighbors as themselves. How we want to reach that is by being a community animated by the Spirit, who live and breathe the Scriptures daily, faithfully following Jesus as we pray and seek for his kingdom to come on earth as in heaven.
Typically, we have large-group worship services on campus twice a week, Wednesday nights and Sunday mornings. These are significant times of teaching, worship, and fellowship for us. Our efforts to be a community after God extend far beyond those set times, though. Indeed, CCF “happens” in different places and various ways on a daily basis. This takes the shape of: discipleship, a few students meeting together to be personally challenged and encouraged; small groups, pockets of community meeting weekly to learn, pray, and have fun together; and lots of other events for fun, service, and seeking the Lord.
